Fixed Price Laptop Repair – No-Fix-No-Fee

The Fixed Price Laptop Repair service is offered on a no-fix-no-fee basis where applied. This means that if we can't fix your laptop within 15 days you will receive a full refund of your money except postage fees of £39.99 can not be refunded. This is a comprehensive service so no matter what the problem is we will try to resolve it and if we can't then you will get a refund. If the value of the repair will exceed the fixed price we will refund you and return your laptop and cancel our agreement, unless you agree to pay the additional fees. The Fixed Price Laptop Repair service is available to consumers and businesses it is based on a laptops worth £500 when brand new in retail.

On certain repairs a full refund may not apply please check the listing for how much refund offered before buying.

Six Months Warranty

All our services carry 6 months warranty from date if repair, This means if there is a recurrence of the same problem we had we will either try again to fix the problem at no extra charge or, if we cannot fix the problem 3 times during 3 months, we will refund your money in full for the services performed. This excludes faults caused by the failure of other components after the repair has taken place, or by faults caused through the incorrect use of software or downloaded material, or by faults arising from accidental damage or incorrect use of the product. you must fill out an RMA request form first do not return the device without an RMA FormIt is your responsibility to return the laptop to us for inspection during your 3 months warranty. It is your responsibility to collect or re-arrange delivery of your laptop if you were not available to sign for it from the nearest depot.

Courier

We use 24h delivery services, our courier is either by DHL or Citylink If you order before 5pm we usually collect the next working day. In the event of miss-collection please notify us and we will arrange another one for free, however you can take the box to a near depot until 7:00 p.m.All our couriers are insured up to £200 we can not be held responsible over damage During shipping you must report damage or lost to the delivery company the next day Before 4:00p.m.  Your first collection and delivery is arranged by us solely, you must sign your name and verify the collection driver has the correct shipping details.
Please note all our courier is inssured for a standard £100 cover, if you would like cover up to £500 let us know and it will cost you £7 each way.

You will always be emailed a shipping label that can be printed and attached to your parcel before collection, if you can not print the label please notify the driver and he will then attach his own label.

Repairs and Services

We are able to repair laptops of all makes and models including MACs of all ages, if you’re not sure we can fix your problem please contact us and we will confirm. All our repairs begin with diagnosis even when the problem has been identified by you. The diagnosis will determine what the problem is and how much it costs to repair it And if what you have purchased is the correct service for your diagnosis.  What we do not repair: what is not listed for a certain price is maybe not available as a service for a fixed price.you can not purchase a service that is not advertised on our website or purchase a service for a diffrent laptop model than advertised.

We do not accept liability over loss or damage of any data, scratches or marks, external devices and add-ons, stickers and labels, logos and markings.

In the event you notice missing or detached screws let us know asap and we will arrange for them to be sent to you seperatly.

During repairs some other micro components may be damaged, displaced, modified such as resitors, capacitors and LED lights unless these cause the computer not to function entirely we will not accept liability due to the nature of the repair.

When repairing any motherboards, if the repair required causes damage elsewhere or fails  a new motherboard will be required at an optional price if availble within a reasonable time.

We may not always offer partial refunds or refunds if we have spent excessive labour hours on your service.

Assurance before shipping

Any repair if possible, your laptop will be tested to boot, stay on for 20 minutes, then one restart then one shut down, temperatures will be checked via software if possible. Please note we do not check microphones, webcam, usb ports, finger print scanner, pcmia slot, touch pad sensitivity, communication devices and remote controls unless specified by you.

We stock a large number of spare parts, if we do not hold the part in stock it can take up to 15 days to arrive and you are required to await that period before the return of your laptop, we will notify you of how long it takes each time we’re out of stock. Deliveries are estimates only, we can not control third party suppliers. On occasions we carry out video recordings of your laptop before and after repairs which need your verifications before return delivery.  If your laptop required disassembly it may not return in air-tight form.  All our engineers have a minimum 5000 repairs in the last 5 years, they are capable of component level service including BGA reballing.
