How will my laptop be repaired?
We first check that you have ordered the correct repair , that is a failed GPU or Chipset and replace the solder or replace the chip fully if it is not in working condition, to return it to working condition and preven it from ever happening again.
How long does it take to repair my laptop?
All our repairs vary, if parts are in stock it usually takes a maximum 48h turn-around before we dispatch it back to you, but some can take up to 14 days because GPU chips come from abroad.
How much does it cost to repair?
All our prices you see will include the collection of your laptop by courier driver, the repair labour and parts and the return of your laptop by courier. except "motherboards only" do not include pick up.
Where can I get updates about the progress of my repairs?
We do not yet have an automated system to update you everyday, please email us for more specific updates, We provide you with 3 most important updates
1) when your laptop is repaired or not 2) when we need your decision 3) when your laptop is ready for delivery
How does your shipping work?
It's very easy and straight forward, we personally arrange your collection and email you the label, you just print it and attach it to your box, the driver will collect it from your door direct to us in 24h. When it is time for your laptop to return to you, you'll have an email confirming the date and time then just await the delivery.
I missed collection/delivery
If the courier driver didn't turn up, let us know and we will re-arrange another day otherwise you can drop your parcel direct to the nearest depot the sameday by 7pm for the next day service you must call the service carrier to verify which depot you need to drop at, there are no extra charges for re-arranging collections
If you have missed delivery, your parcel will be kept at a nearest depot and you will be left with a missed you card and your laptop will be kept for 7 days before it returns to us.
Hidden charges and extra fees
Under no circumstances we will charge our clients any extra charges unless they confirm prior to any additional services or charges, don't expect hidden or extra charges without your authorisation first.
How long is your warranty?
Please check the description first, we will specify how long your warranty can be with each service, our warranty means we will repair the same problem if it re-occurs for no extra charges but clients are required to return the laptop to us within the warranty period, your warranty starts from the day you receive your laptop and not from the day you start using it.
Can I drop my laptop to you?
yes you can drop and collect your laptop from our office prior to appointments, however this will not reduce delivery charges meaning the price will stay the same.
